Support discovering deployment topology

Increase the Contrast of the Delete Document Button

The delete button with low contrast is the one that appears after you click the delete icon on for a document on the collections screen. The button text is white on a pink background. See attached file. It is hard to see the button.

Allow validate to use replica tags

The use case for this is to be able to target a secondaries in different shards. If validate accepted tag read preference it could be kicked off from a shell connected to a mongos.
