Export Charts/Dashboards to Other Dashboards/Clusters

Add the ability to export chart schemas themselves, (or the entire dashboard) so that you can easily maintain charts across environments or clusters. Use case: we created a new cluster and now I don't have a good way of migrating my existing charts.

Run selection only.

Similar to Robo3T, run selection if there is any falling back all playground. + keyboard shortcut for this behaviour.

Improve it. It's shocking! How about a shell and an export window that works and maybe a gui that can stay unfrozen for more than an hour or two.
