Add build for Linux Alpine and Debian

A build in ARM support (Apple M1) for Alpine Linux (or Debian) is needed to run the mongocryptd process. Currently the official node docker images are available only in Alpine and Debian.

mongocli - allow to enable/disable agent modules

As of mongocli version 1.17.0 there is no way to enable monitoring and backup modules for a cloud manager or ops manager project. You can only query the agents and the modules enabled. This won't allow you to use mongocli to setup a new project ...

Display time unit for the Operation Execution Time in the Atlas Profiler

Currently, the Profile displays the Operation Execution Time without displaying the time unit. It would make the number easier to understand for end-users if the unit of time (milliseconds) could be displayed either in the label or near the value.

More information about the progress during cluster reconfiguration

The progress bar (the blue bar on top) can be enhanced to provide more information. Sometimes, the only information provided about an operation in progress is "All processes are in Goal State!" (Eg. changing a cluster class from General to NVMe)
