More granular permissions for API keys

Allow API keys to have much more granular permissions (i.e: only the functions one may need to do a certain task). Also, add a security category in the form to report possible improvements for Atlas. And a UI/UX one.

create API keys that support linked orgs

It is possible to link multiple orgs to each other. It should therefore be possible to use a single API key to access all linked orgs.

Support OIDC as Authentication Protocol for access to Mongo Portal

Currently SAML is supported: https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/security/federated-authentication/#configure-federated-authentication It would be preferable if OIDC was supported.

Manage Database Access and Network access

Allow longer session duration values for Atlas UI

Currently Atlas allows configurable session timeout in Organization Settings, however it does not allow setting absolute session timeout above 12 hours. Need longer session durations.

Via API call invite existing atlas user & assigne them to project & teams

in are organization we want user to have a self serve service that allow them to create project, cluster ,etc ... for now we can only automate half of the process, because we need the web UI to invite user & wait that they approve the invitat...
