Support for CentOS Stream 8 in MongoDB OPS Manager version 5.x

Per the Server Support Matrix https://www.mongodb.com/try/download/ops-manager support for CentOS Stream 8 is not al. We would like to see the currently supported MongoDB OPS Manager version 5.x available on the CentOS Stream 8 distribution.

Disable/Enable all triggers at once

One-time scheduled triggers

At the moment, MongoDb offers the ability to schedule triggers periodically using Cron Jobs. It would be really handy if a user could schedule a trigger to run only once and execute a function as my use-case requires.
