Ops Manager: API endpoint for /databases should not require host

Currently the Ops Manager API to list databases requires a hostname: /groups/{PROJECT-ID}/hosts/{HOST-ID}/databases It would useful to gather databases on a project or cluster level instead as the databases are the same across replica set members.

Replica Set size Alert

Login Page for Ops Manager

The login page for Ops Manager 4.4+ shows "Email Address" and "Password". While using other login methods such as LDAP, an email address may not be used. It would be more accurate to say username here.
