Test plan/suite for Atlas Search

Other search services like Elastic have public benchmarks of different data types so we can determine how they should perform: https://benchmarks.elastic.co/index.html Would love to see the same for Atlas Search.

UTF 16 and UTF 32 support

Currently MongoDB only support UTF 8 strings but it will be great if there is a configuration to change UTF 16 or UTF 32.

Faster Search Index Builds
