Request billing invoices via API calls at project and cluster level

We need the possibility to request billing invoices via API calls at the project and also cluster level. The information should be available as it is broken down in the invoices that can be downloaded from Atlas as a csv file.

Enable me to pay the present account; your web site takes me to an old closed account and doesn't let me update with my new credit card .

Ensure that the billing module of your portal links to the actrive account, not a closed account, so that customers can update their credit card info.

Credits by period

Provide the ability to display and export credits by period (from date - to date) instead of selecting each single month, so that uers can easily display credit trends, etc. without downloading a lot of cvs and merge them togheter.

Have db.table.distinct('column') support cursors

Right now distinct() returns max 100 items and doesn't take into account the config "displayBatchSize". It would be nice if distinct() returned all distinct items.
