    Add an AtlasRollingIndex CRD to Atlas Kubernetes Operator. When Data Explorer is disabled, the Performance Advisor "Create Index" button is blocked entirely. leaving only the Atlas Admin API, which is not declarative or natively manageable from Kubernetes.
