Add the ability to trigger alerts for testing purposes

It would be useful to have a "Test Alert" button for each configured alert in order to integrate and test alerts with third-party systems. Otherwise, it is difficult if not impossible to determine what the alert will look like until it is triggered.

Export Aggregation Results as Metrics to Prometheus

Add support for exporting MongoDB aggregation results as Prometheus metrics. This would allow users to track custom queries and dynamic data, enabling more granular and meaningful monitoring and alerting in Prometheus and Grafana.

Improve "Host has index suggestions" alert by including the database name and collection name

Folders for Functions, Values

Add folders to the Functions and Values areas and then to make it 10x better by adding permissioning by folder so we can keep our clients from altering sensitive functions/values in specific folders.

Add metrics to monitor CPU credits for burstable performance Atlas clusters
