Add support for cross region Private Endpoints in AWS

Since Private Endpoints for Data Federation have very limited region support in AWS, I would like for them to support cross region endpoint usage.

Support ObjectID as a datatype for search facets

Target $search queries to specific shards

Support for nested datatype search
