Show state of replica set members in connection info

It would be nice if the current state of the members of a replica set would be shown in the connection info window (PRIMARY, SECONDARY, ARBITER, ...). So the states can be easily checked without using the shell.

Option to choose default sort order

Need an option so the default sort order can be set to {_id: -1}, it's the biggest problem we have with Mongo Db Compass in our team right now.
