Secondary y-axis

Allow charts to be viewed without login

Fix Text Table Colors

Text table rows are hard coded to either have white or the greenish-gray background depending on whether you select the light or dark theme. They should be transparent so they respect the background styling of the page like every other chart.

Allow to add custom labels on axes values

Some of data is stored as numerical value but later is changed into text by enums. It would be useful to, add key value pair, so in a chart instead of 1 on the axis, there would be text field e.g. 'accepted users'
