Improve dashboard loading times from 3.5 minutes

Currently the dashboard takes well over 3.5 minutes to load on a gbps broadband connection waiting for https://cloud.mongodb.com/static/dist/project.min.js

Cloud-Backup-Export to GCP Cloud Storage

Currently "Export Cloud Backup Snapshot" is a really good feature for offline backups, but it only supports S3. This is quite limiting for organizations that don't use AWS. It would be really good if it also supported GCP Cloud Storage.
