Support backup yearly

It would be great to have support for yearly backup, including via terraform:

Hi Gergely, Thank you for the feedback. I'll move this to the backup section for Atlas as we'd need that as a feature first before we could support in Terraform. Moving there will allow it to be more easily seen by the right people here. Thanks! Melissa
