Allow triggers to be tested locally
Our team uses and loves Stitch/Realm triggers. We've got them wired up so that we can update them from a bash script. They work well, but they are hard to debug -- it'd be nice if there was a CLI option to test them against a local mongodb instance.

Expose Atlas Replica Set Tags in UI
Atlas replica set members are pre-configured with tag sets: https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/reference/replica-set-tags/
There's no way to see what the tags are set to via the UI. It would be helpful to see this information.

Ability to add multiple IP's to the whitelist and download the current whitelisted IP's
If I want to add comma separated IP's it is not possible. We have to add each IP painfully from the UI. Please allow to add comma or semicolon separated IP's to be added at once.
Also, why can't I download the current whitelisted IP's as a CSV or other file?

Allow customers to download Atlas BI Connector process logs (similar to MongoDB Server logs)
What is the problem that needs to be solved? Customers are willing to troubleshoot / analyze Atlas BI Connector logs by themselves (they would like to investigate schema sampling timings, SQL/MongoDB query optimizations, connectivity issues, etc.).
Why is it a problem? (the pain) Currently available Download Logs option on Atlas Clusters does not include Atlas BI Connector process logs.

Using replica set tags for invoice categorization
Customer would like replica set tags added to the invoice as a column, in order to further categorize costs. In some instances, the customer has multiple products assigned to a single cluster, and putting the product name in the cluster won't suffice.
The current solution is to use the Invoice API, and then call the Cluster API, in order to programmatically build out a CSV containing the cluster tags as an additional column in the CSV.7 votesWe recently released tags on database deployments. You can apply tags to new or existing clusters or serverless instances.
https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/tags/
We are planning to have these tags displayed in billing Invoices and we'd love to hear more from you. Reach out to me if you'd like to provide additional feedback about this feature request.

Resync progress bar
Our Mongo cluster has had to resync. It would be great to get some kind of time estimate or progress bar to know how far it's got in resyncing so we can let our research team know when the cluster will be ready again.

Increase maximum storage size for M60 servers
Currently the maximum storage size allowed for an M60 tier is 4TB. Our cluster is approaching this size, and we're facing having to shard our data, which we would really prefer not to do.
I understand that the maximum sizes are selected for performance reasons, but not every cluster is the same - ours is doing just fine and not struggling at all at this data size, and we would like to be able to continue to grow over time.

Viewing Collection Pages
Would like the option to view collection pages by 10, 20, 50, 100. Along with ability to move to (<first) (last>). Similar to mLab

MongoDB Orphaned Docs Utility
When we upgrade MongoDB there is the possibility that orphaned collections that need to be deleted can prevent the upgrade from completing.
It would make sense for Atlas to include a proactive utility that searched a customers sharded cluster for orphaned docs and gave them the option to clean up the orphaned docs ahead of a major version upgrade.

An API endpoint for Live Migration
When customers have dozens and hundreds of clusters to migrate from on-prem to Atlas, automation is very important and Live Migrate is not supported via API today. Mongomirror is a shell command that can be leveraged for automation but having Live Migrate available as API will be a great enhancement to CD/CI pipeline.

Have the ability to configure cache_size
I'd like to see the ability to modify the cache size setting for a given cluster. MongoDB has a straight forward pattern of using 50% of the memory for cache size. However, Atlas has scaled that down to (RAM - 1 GB) / 2. Apparently that was done to allow for extra memory for other Atlas features like BI Connector and Atlas Search. However, we currently aren't using those features, so we're stuck with the lower cache size.
It would be great to have the ability to get the most of our servers instead of being limited based on logic…

Provide Atlas support for "Classic" VNet Peering topology
Provide Peering support for "Classic" (Hub and Spoke) VNet Peering topology, either directly or via a NAT

IO throttling
Atlas should be able to throttle IO in a way that does not allow excessive IO to degrade a node or take a node offline. Current functionality has no defense against a high IO data job other than to allow a node to fail.

Support for Azure VNet Gateway Transit
Azure VNet Peering is currently very limited as access is only possible from the VNet that is peered.
Could you please support access from onprem via private network (Express Route or S2S VPN) and Gateway Transit.
Maybe another way to achieve the same could be via "Private Endpoint".5 votes -
M30 Cluster Tier option with 4 CPUs
There is a gap in the Cluster Tiers for clients that have high CPU requirements but lower disk space requirements. We run on a M30 Cluster where we max out the CPU when running aggregations, we use little of the available disk and do not want to move to a M40.

Allow 'Download Logs' for user that is not a Project Owner but Project Data Access Read Only or Project ReadOnly
Currently in order to allow a user to download logs, it is necessary to make that user Project Owner. In a situation when a user outside the company is invited to review the project, it is not possible to grant such high level role when the access needed is only to look at logs. Project ReadOnly or Project Data Access ReadOnly should be sufficient to access logs, if the user is also granted atlasAdmin@admin access to Database

Live Migrate through VPC peering connections
Many teams put their databases in subnets without internet access or with just a NAT gateway. It would be great if the Live Migrate could be use through already configured VPC peering connections.

apply Data mirroring technology
once data create when we add to it , it will mirror whole data set as another database(e.g: when we create User as a DB and some Collections, it will store, mean while MongoDB store another replica of the same DB )
Functions for the Replica DB when user API's call
When user call the API's for any post get delete update, The replica DB allows only post(Store) request from the user it wont allow other functions like delete update
and Owners can have all rights to that DB.
All functionalities works only on original DB not in replica DB1 vote
